Ashton Kutcher was punked... Or so he twitters.

The actor took to the social networking site after being accused of cheating on wife Demi Moore accusing Star magazine of "defamation of character," while hinting a lawsuit for the claims might be on the way.

"Star magazine, you don't get to stand behind "freedom of the press" when you are writing fiction."

To which his wife responded: "Excellent point my love."

Moore is standing by her man amidst the allegations sending supportive tweets, while seemingly attempting to quash any rumors of an affair by posting sexy photos of herself in a bikini the very same day.
