AXN is proud to present a brand new high-stakes reality show The Apartment, produced by the Imagine Group. In this exciting new format, three couples will design and decorate three identical luxury penthouses to be in with a chance to win their dream home.

Be warned, this is not your typical home renovation show. It’s a DIY showdown, with a prize that will drive our three couples to the extremes of their creativity, ability and sanity, to secure the winning spot and become the proud owner of a Luxury Sime Darby Property Quarza condo. The Apartment will change their lives forever!

Every week, our couples will battle to out-design, out-shop and out-decorate each other in a bid to win a luxury apartment. In the process, they will be pushed to their physical and emotional extremes as they participate in this paint fight to the finish!

Our three couples have been specially selected from our online auditions to represent Asia’s next generation of home owners, looking to invest their hearts, minds and souls into their homes and secure their futures.

These design amateurs will not only have to work together through the toughest design challenges seen on TV yet, they will also have to move into our specially designed reality mansion, and live together 24/7! Their strengths, fears and flaws are all out in the open for the competition to see, and no one can keep their feelings to themselves!

The contestants will design and decorate one room each week, after being set a decorating task by our host that will challenge the contestants’ teamwork and ability to be creative under extreme pressure. To make matters worse, every room makeover will be completed under the added stress of a ticking clock!

Weekly mentoring sessions from our celebrity designer host, Kahi Lee, will help the contestants with their planning. They had better be taking notes, because each design decision and its execution will be evaluated by our judging panel, consisting of Kahi and renowned architect/designers Martin Haeger and Alice Nguyen. These highly imposing and highly credentialed design experts will show our contestants no mercy on judgement day, and they expect nothing less than perfection.

To make it to the end in this eight-week competition, they are going to need stamina as well as style, and as nerves fray and tempers flare, only the strong will survive!
